摘 要:随着塔河油田勘探开发力度的增加 ,下奥陶、山前高陡构造勘探井不断增多 ,这些井都是 6 0 0 0m以上的超深井 ,目前在钻的就有 10余口。为提高超深探井的固井质量 ,扩大勘探成果 ,对已完钻的最具代表性的库 1井的固井作业进行了总结与评析 ,通过介绍每层套管固井作业前的井况难点、施工过程 ,分析了固井施工的成功与不足之处 ,指明了塔河油田超深井各种固井工艺的特点和难点 ,分析结果表明 ,目前的施工工艺与施工水平可满足塔河油田超深井固井的需要 ,并提出改进的内容、方法与措施 ,对今后的超深井固井作业起借鉴作用。With the enhancement of exploration and development in Tahe Oilfield, more ultra - deep exploration wells of over 6000 m in depth are drilled in the lower Ordovician formation. To improve cementing quality and expand the exploration achievements, a most representative well KU - 1 is selected as an example for evaluation. The evaluation focuses on hole condition difficulties presentation before cementing each section of casing, operation process description, successes and failures of cementing operations, etc. Technical features and difficuhies in cementing operations of Tahe Oilfield are presented, and it is pointed out that the present technology level can meet the cementing requirements in ultra - deep wells, while there are still some aspects to be improved. Some suggestions and methods are also brought out and can be used as reference for the future operation.
