摘 要:间歇流是实际水平井筒气液两相流动中非常重要的一种流动形态。由于水平井筒和常规水平管道中气液两相流动的相似和差别 ,常规管流的压力计算方法对于水平井筒流动来说就需要进行修正和扩展。在常规水平管道间歇流动压降分析的基础上 ,对气、液两相分别应用质量守恒方程和动量守恒方程 ,考虑管壁入流或出流对压降的影响 ,得到一种新的水平井筒间歇流流型压降计算方法。同时 ,设计并建立了水平井筒流体流动模拟试验装置 ,在轴向为气液两相流动的前提下分别进行了上管壁单孔眼注入和下管壁单孔眼注入的间歇流动压降试验研究 ,获得了大量试验数据 ,与理论计算结果吻合较好 ,表明该计算方法具有实际应用价值。Intermittent flow is a very important flow pattern in actual gas - liquid two phase flow in horizontal wellbore.Due to similarities and difference between gas liquid two phase flow in a regular horizontal pipe and in a horizontal wellbore, it is anticipated that some methods of calculating pressure drop valid for regular pipe flow need modification or extension for wellbore flow. This paper applying mass and momentum balance equation to gas and liquid phase respectively, considering the influence of wall inflow or outflow, obtain a new method of calculating pressure drop of gas liquid two phase variable mass intermittent flow in horizontal wellbore. At the same time, experimental device is designed and established for the horizontal wellbore variable mass flow. The pressure drop experiments of single liquid phase inflow from single perforation upside wall,and single liquid phase inflow from single perforation downside wall are conducted respectively. A lot of experimental data are obtained. Pressure drop experimental data agree with the theoretical calculated results well, it shows this method is valuable.
