摘　　要：通过对CO2 气调储藏和常规储藏的小麦品质进行比较 ,结果表明两者的品质都得到改善 ,但两者的差异不明显 ,CO2 气调储藏的优越性要经过很长时间才能显现出来。Ma Honglin He Qile Cao Lexin Liao Guiyong Ma Zhongpin Li Zheng Zhang Yuqiong Hao Xiaoping(Mianyang Depot Directly under the Central Grain Reserves 621000)The quality of wheat in CA storage and conventional storage were compared.The results showed that the wheat quality using two storage techniques were improved,and the difference between them was not obviously.Not until a long time,the superiority of CA storage can not be showed.
