摘 要:在线性振动输送机的基础上 ,引入非线性振动理论 ,研究弹性力为连续变化的非线性硬特性线变节距弹簧在变载荷系统中的应用 ,实现系统刚度随载荷基本呈线性变化 ,使得系统振幅较线性振动输送机要稳定得多 ,可真正实现系统在近共振点附近运行 。On the bases of linear vibratory conveyer and the introduction of non-linear vibration theory, the application of variable pitched spring, with its springy force to be a continuously variable non-linear hard characteristic line, under the system of variable loading has been studied. By realizing the systematic rigidity basically to become a linear variation go along with the loading, thus made the systematic vibration amplitude much more steady than those of the linear vibratory conveyer, and could really let the system to realize an operation close to the nearby resonance point, and could change the working point of the system conveniently by using the method of adjusting the pre-stressing amount of spring.
