摘　　要：试制及生产的结果表明:根据产品要求优化化学成分,采用合理的熔炼工艺、造型操作及合适的热处理工艺,加上严格的生产过程管理,在采用国产设备及原材料的条件下,可生产出高性能的等温淬火球铁铸件产品。The results of test and production showed that, by optimizing chemical composition according to the requirements of products, adopting reasonable melting process and moulding operation, as well as proper heat treatment process, it is possible to produce hi-property austempered ductile irons with domestic equipments and raw materials,
