摘　　要：目的:探讨复发性自然流产患者绒毛RXRα表达水平及其对胚胎生长的调控作用。方法:用RT-PCR方法检测23例自然复发性流产患者和33例正常早孕者离体绒毛RXRα mRNA表达水平。结果:1)复发性自然流产组及正常妊娠组离体绒毛中均表达RXRα mRNA,其水平分别为0.306±0.358和0.578士0.300,两组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2)自然流产组绒毛中RXRα mRNA表达水平与胚胎死亡时大小呈正相关(r=0.405,P<0.05)。3)自然流产患者血清中狼疮样抗凝因子(ACL)增高组与ACL正常组RXRα mRNA表达水平分别为0.37±0.35和0.39±0.37,两组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。4)复发性自然流产患者血清中血小板聚集度(PagT)增高组与PagT正常组RXR α mRNA表达水平分别为0.38±0.36和0.40±0.35,两组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论.RXRα基因表达水平降低可能是复发性自然流产的发病机理之一。Objective: To study the possible effect of RXRα in human spontaneous abortion. Methods : Examine the level of RXRα mRNA on placentas from spontaneous abortion women and normal pregnant women by RT-PCR. Results: 1) The level of RXRα mRNA on placentas from spontaneous abortial group were significantly decreased than those from normal group (0. 306?***********0. 358 vs. 0. 578±0. 300, P<0. 05); 2) In abortial group it was found that the levels were positively correlated with the embryo site (r=0. 405,P<0. 05); 3) The level of RXRα mRNA was no related with the abnormality of ACL (0. 37±0. 35 vs. 0. 39±0. 37, P>0. 05) and PagT (0. 38±0. 36 vs. 0. 40±0. 35, P> 0. 05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of RXRα mRNA could play on an important role in the pathogenesis of spontaneous abortion expecial ly in recurrent abortion.
