摘 要:在15℃,20℃,25℃,28℃,32℃,35℃恒温条件下,研究温度对二点叶蝉发育、存活和繁殖的影响。拟合二点叶蝉发育速率与温度之间的关系模型,求出各发育阶段的发育起点温度和发育上限、下限温度,组建不同温度下实验种群特定时间生命表,计算种群增长参数,分析种群增长参数与温度之间的关系。结果表明,在15℃下,卵不能完成发育,在35℃条件下3龄若虫不能存活。二点叶蝉种群增长最适温区为25~32℃。在该温区范围内,内禀生殖力为0.0631~0.0463,周限增长率为1.0561~1.0497,种群存活曲线属于DeeveyI型,而在15℃不利条件下,种群存活曲线属于DeeveyIII型。Development, survival, longevity and reproduction of Cicadulina bipunctella (Mots) were measured at a constant temperature of 15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 28℃, 30℃, 32℃ ,35℃. The population reared at 35℃ could not survive the 3^(rd) stadium and the eggs failed to hatch at 15℃. The optimum temperature for the growth of the population was in the range of 25~32℃. Within this temperature range, the intrinsic rate of increase of the insect was 0.0631~0.0463, its finite rate of increase was 1.0561~1.0497 and its survival curve was of Type Deevey I. In contrast, when reared at 15℃, the insect showed a survival curve of Type III.
