摘　　要：加快推进河南农业现代化既有机遇,也有挑战;既有有利条件,也有制约因素。要在新形势下尽快实现河南农业的现代化,必须深入调整农村产业结构,加快农业产业化进程;不断改善农业生产条件和生产环境,选择正确的农业现代化之路;走可持续发展之路,建立高效的现代农业科技体系和创新体系;建立有序的农业组织体系,加快农村城镇化进程。We face both opportunities and challenges in the enhancement of the development of the agricultural modernization in Henan Province.Industrial structure should be rearranged in the rural areas,the process of industrialization should be fastend and the agricultural production conditions and environment should be bettered.We should choose the way of durable development,and construct an efficient scientific and creative system of modern agriculture and effective system of agricultural organization.
