摘　　要：通过对第三次民族主义浪潮的考察发现,文化作为影响民族问题的因素之一,其影响力度远远超过了前两次浪潮。民族问题从其产生根源到发展方向,从其表现形式到解决过程,几乎每一个环节都受到了文化影响力的指向和作用。An investigation of the third nationalism movement shows that culture exerted more influence on national problems than it had done in the previous two movements. National problems were influenced by culture from the beginning to the end. From the rise of the problems to the directions of their development, from the forms they presented to the solutions, culture was found to take a great effect on all of them.
