摘　　要：江泽民的十六大报告阐述的与时俱进、开拓创新的重要思想内容 ,是对马克思列宁主义认识论的丰富和发展 ,是我党始终应遵循的思想路线 ,是具有普遍指导意义的科学方法 ,此思想的提出具有重要的现实意义和方法论意义 ,是带给人类具有普遍意义的永恒的主题。Jiang Ze-min expounded an important thought in report on sixteenth national congress of the communist party of China,that is,keeping pace with times,opening up and bringing forth new ideas.The thought enriches and develops Maxism-Leninism.The thinking is the line of thinking of the report.The thought is the guidance line of thinking of CPC from beginning to end.The thought is scientific methodology of pointing out the correct way.To establish the thought is of important practical significance on methodology.It put forward eternal theme for humanity.
