摘  要:目的 探讨丝瓜藤提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 将 3 0只小鼠随机等分为空白对照组、实验组和阳性对照组。空白对照组用生理盐水灌胃 ,实验组用丝瓜藤提取物灌胃 ,阳性对照组用胸腺肽灌胃 ,10 d后检测小鼠 T淋巴细胞的增殖情况和腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的变化 ,结果采用 MTT法检测。结果 与空白对照组相比 ,实验组小鼠 T淋巴细胞的增殖明显 (P<0 .0 1) ,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性增加 ,巨噬细胞吞噬功能也显著增强 (P<0 .0 5)。ObjectiveTo observe the effect of extract of Luffa v in e on the immunological function of mice.MethodsThirty mice we re randomly divided into three groups:the normal control group, the experimenta l group and the positive control group. Saline ig was given in mice of the nor mal control group; with Luffa-extract ig were given in mice of the experiment g roup; and the thymopeptide was given in mice of the positive control group. The study was carried out 10 days later by determining the changes in proliferation of T-lymphocyte with MTT test and also in acid phosphatase (ACP) activity in p er itoneal macrophage (PMΦ). ResultsCompared to the control grou p, proliferation of T-lymphocyte, the ACP activity and the engulfing function o f PMΦ increased in the experimental group. ConclusionLuffa-e xtract has plays an important role in the process of enhancing immunological fun ction in mice.
