摘 要:目的 观察慢性铝中毒对大鼠端脑和血清促红细胞生成素 (EPO)及端脑皮质的影响 ,并探讨中药的防治机制。方法 长期腹腔注射 Al Cl3 溶液造成慢性铝中毒 ,用 HE染色法确定端脑皮质组织细胞变化 ,用放射免疫测定法测脑皮质和血清 EPO含量。结果 慢性铝中毒大鼠端脑皮质神经细胞出现多种损害 ,端脑皮质 EPO含量降低 (P<0 .0 5) ,血清 EPO含量升高 (P<0 .0 5)。中药干预后端脑皮质损伤明显减轻 ,但端脑和血清 EPO含量都没有显著性变化。结论 慢性铝中毒可造成大鼠端脑皮质损害和 EPO合成能力降低 ;中药防治端脑皮质损伤不是通过 EPO作用 。ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of erythropoieti n( EPO) in both cerebral cortices and serum in chronic Aluminum-toxicated rats,and to probe the preventive effects of the Chinese herbs.MethodsChronic Aluminum toxication of rats were induced by intraperitoneally injection with AlCl 3 solution. Changes of cerebral cortices were studied by histochemica l staining. The EPO levels in both cerebral cortices and serum were tested by radi oimmunoassay.ResultsChronic Aluminum toxication damaged neuron al cells of cerebral cortices, and the levels of cerebral EPO decreased signific antly(P<0.05),serum EPO increased significantly(P<0.05).After admini strati on of the Chinese herbs, cerebral damages lessened obviously, but EPO in either cerebral cortices or serum did not changes.ConclusionChronic A luminum toxication plays an important role in the damage of cerebral cells and t he reduction of EPO production. Chinese herbs partly prevent cerebral damages, b ut the effects are not mediated by EPO.
