摘　　要：　在研究活性污泥的培养与驯化方法的基础上,进行了同步培养与驯化的实验研究,探讨了在驯化期间BOD5去除率、活性污泥浓度、30分钟沉降比随着培养驯化的变化而变化的规律,以及微生物相随着培养驯化而变化的情况和种污泥量与驯化时间的关系,研究表明了对于一般废水,培养和驯化同步进行是一种较佳的驯化方法。The experiment research of cultivation and demestication has been done based on the mechod of cultivating and demestication the activated sludge.In this paper it discusses the law of change of BOD5 thickness of activated sludge and the rate of 30minutes sethement as well as the relationship between the change of cultivation and quantity of activated sludge A better demesti cation way for waste water to cultivate and demesticate activated sludge at the same time.
