摘　　要：为了保证进出口动植物的质量,必须检疫,检疫是防止区域性危险病虫害往引种地区传播的重要措施。隔离温室作为检疫机构的配套设施应运而生,其特性在于:可根据工作需要设定温度、湿度、压力、光照等专业参数;每个温室间可选择在正压、负压、常压不同环境下开展工作,有独立的计算机控制系统。除了隔离温室外,还设置了隔离检疫辅助区域,作为隔离温室的配套保障设施。这些辅助区域与隔离温室连成一体,它们彼此既是密封的又是相通的,是检疫区域工作中不可缺少的一环。隔离温室可用于植物的检疫、植物遗传基因研究等科研领域,也可用于一些对环境要求极为苛刻的植物的种植。Quarantine is necessary in order to guarantee quality of plant and animal during importing and exporting process. It is necessary to building isolation greenhouse. There are many characteristics in the isolation greenhouse for example adjustable temperature humidity and illumination according to need. The press of isolation greenhouse may be positive negative or ordinary. Besides isolation greenhouse there are some assistant isolation wards. Isolation greenhouse is used in quarantine research and growing of plant .
