摘　　要：在分析影响工期主要因素的基础上 ,确定影响工期的 8个大类和 83个主要因素 .利用问卷调查的方式 ,收集大量来自与建设工程有关的各个方面的有效样本 .通过对问卷的分析获得大量的数据 ,确定影响工程项目工期的 10个关键因素 。Based on analysis of factors influencing construction period in engineering projects, 83 of them were determined to be main factors and were classified into 8 classes. Questionnaire as a way of investigation was then adopted and enormous data were collected from units undertaking projects in all aspects. By analysing enormous data and their consistency, 10 factors among 83 are determined to be key factors influencing construction period in engineering projects. There consistency are analysed.
