摘　　要：以台湾海峡及毗邻海域立体监测系统为例 ,研究海洋立体监测信息网络服务体系的服务内容分类、服务的层次、服务系统总体设计和关键技术实现 .针对不同用户类型的需求 ,提出以 We-b GIS和 Web Service为基础的技术实现方案 .这种多层次海洋立体监测信息网络服务体系 。Taking the ocean stereo monitoring system of Taiwan Strait and abjacent sea area as example, a study is made on the cateory of service, the level of service, the system design, and the critical technology for the implementation of a network based service system dealing with ocean stereo monitoring information. Different schemes of service implementation are put forward according to the demand of different user groups. This multi level service system takes into consideration the demand of different users and takes advantage of apparent and potential value of monitioring information. With regard to the technological implementation of this service system, a scheme based on WebGIS and webservice is put forward.
