摘  要:研究了浆状、颗粒状碳酸氢钠以及活性炭吸附饱和碳酸氢钠溶液后的脱硫性能及3者脱硫的优化工作条件。结果表明,浆状碳酸氢钠和活性炭吸附碳酸氢钠饱和溶液脱硫效率较高,可达90%以上。还研究了气体流速和温度对活性炭吸附碳酸氢钠的脱硫效率的影响。结果表明:气体流速越慢,脱硫效率越高;在150℃以下,温度对碳酸氢钠的脱硫效率影响较小,在150℃以上,温度越高,脱硫效率越低。The desulfurization performance of sodium bicarbonate with pasty,block and activatedcarbonabsorbed form was preliminarily investigated and their optimum work condition was discussed.It showed that the desulfurization efficiency of pasty sodium bicarbonate and activatedcarbonabsorbed was higher than 90%.The influence of gas flowing velocity and temperature on the desulfurization were also investigated.It showed that the slower the gas flowing velocity,the higher desulfurization efficiency of sodium bicarbonate.It also showed that the influence of the temperature on the desulfurization efficiency was very light when under 150 ℃,but when above 150 ℃,the higher the temperature,the lower the desulfurization efficiency.
