摘　　要：对各类光化学探针特别是荧光探针在脱氧核糖核酸测定中的应用进行了综合评述。对其在探测生物大分子结构的应用进行了讨论,结合实验原理对实验现象做出了解释,并且展望了其发展趋势。In the paper, it is reviewed all kinds of light chemical probes, especially fluorescence probe, ap- ply in the field of the determination of DNA. And its application in the detection of the structure of the biologi- cal macromolecular is also discussed. The phenomena of the experiment are explained combining with the theo- ry of the experiment. The future of the field is expected.
