摘 要:采用均匀设计方法,以萃取压力、萃取温度、解析压力、解析温度4因素7水平进行实验,研究了盾叶薯蓣皂素超临界CO_2萃取最佳条件为:萃取压力32 MPa,萃取温度56℃;解析压力8 MPa,解析温度62℃。与传统有机溶剂提取法相比,应用超临界CO_2萃取盾叶薯蓣皂素,不仅方法简便、安全、提取周期短,而且提取的选择性与效率高。This paper studied the best condition to extract diosgenin by the CO_2 supercritical fluid extrac- tion. CO_2 supercritical fluid extraction condition was selected by uniform design ,the extracting pressure, tem- perture, releasing pressure, temperature were the four factors, seven levels of each factor were selected. The best extraction in SFE were extracting pressure 32 MPa,temperature 56℃,releasing pressure 8 MPa, tempera- ture 62℃. The method was simple,selective and efficient,compared with traditional method.
