摘　　要：“非典”流行暴露了政府危机管理方面的缺失 ,凸显了政府危机管理的职责。政府应强化危机管理意识 ,用科学的机制管理危机。The spread of SARS reveals the government's inefficiency in crisis management, demonstrating the prominence of government's duty in it. Therefore, government should enhance its awareness of crisis management and conduct the management with a scientific mechanism.
