摘　　要：针对石家庄炼油化工股份有限公司(简称石炼化)辛基酚中型实验装置存在的问题,提出改造思路,并确定改造的主要目的是生产合格的产品及为将来增上大型辛基酚装置提供有利的参考数据。改造的主要内容为增补填料,增加理论塔板,改造抽真空系统。改造后的效果明显。Aiming at the problems existed in the poly-alkyl-phen ol middle model experient device of Shijiazhuang Refinery-chemical Ltd.(SCRR) ,a thread of transform is refered.The aim of transformation is mading qualifie d products and bring out suitable reference data for large unit.The contents of transformation is comprise of adding theorecical tray and transforming vacuum s ystem.In addition,the effect of transform is introduced briefly.
