摘  要:通过在众多活塞厂家应用表明:Al-P中间合金无污染、无反应渣,变质效果好且稳定;节约能源,降低铝耗,综合成本低,克服了当前变质的缺点,有着广阔的应用前景。本文还探讨了Al-P中间合金的变质机理。The applyings in commercial production show that the Al - P master alloys have many advantages such as no pollution, no reaction slag, more stable and better modification effects and low total cost etc. . Fur- thermore, . it can save energy, decrease the wastage of Al - Si alloys and reduce the total cost of products . Therefore, the Al - P master alloys overcome the shortcomings of current modifiers and have a good application prospect. The modifying mechanism of Al - P master alloy was also studied in this paper.
