摘　　要：本文根据参加校田径运动会部分学生的赛前训练情况 ,采用观察与访谈法 ,对过度疲劳产生原因及特征进行分析 。According to some students preparatory training for the college sportsmeet,and through observation and investigation,the author of this article analyses the causes and characteristics of this overtiredness,and also points out some methods for its treatment.
