摘　　要：随着2001年全国水路运输市场清理整顿工作的陆续展开,滩涂造船无疑也再次被业内人士所关注. 滩涂造船又重来 说起滩涂造船,真可谓一波三折,几度沉浮,几度兴衰.从这里,人们可以看出近年来我国经济发展的走势.可以说,它的兴衰,是我国经济发展的一个缩影.The shipping market rectification went under way nationwide in 2001. Then, how about shipbuilding by waters? To this matter, someone suggested it has promoted the development of local economy and should be encouraged; some others suggested that it should be prohibited for this would bring some substandard ships into shipping market and causemore accidents. What we should do is to have this regulated and under control. But, formany reasons, the regulation of shipbuilding by waters still has a long way to go.
