摘　　要：本文报道了9例获得性低巨核细胞性血小板减少性紫癜,外周血血小板计数为20～74×10~9/L,骨髓涂片巨核细胞1～8个/全片,经用强的松、丙睾、长春新碱或脾切除术等方法治疗,2例血小板计数恢复正常。作者就其与再生障碍性贫血的鉴别、发病机制及治疗进行文献复习与讨论。Nine cases with acquired amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenic purpura (AATP) were reported. Platelet count was 20～74×10~9/L in peripheral blood. Megakaryocyte count was 1～8 in bone marrow smears. The patients were treated with prednison, testosterone propionate,vincristine or spleenectomy. Only 2 cases of them recovered to normal platelet count. Differentiation of this disease from aplastic anemia,pathogenesis and treatment of AATP were discussed.
