摘　　要：作者采用自行设计的闭合复位克氏针内固定术治疗各种类型及不同部位的新鲜移位锁骨骨折患者18例,疗效满意。本方法安全可靠,兼有非手术及手术治疗之优点,适用于可手法复位的锁骨骨折。From Apr. 1988 to Oct. 1988, 18 patients with fresh fracture of the clavicle were treated by close reductioil and intramedullary fixation with Kirschtier wire. Satisfactory results were achieved. Based on our experience and in reviewing of the literatures, we do believe that this procedure is a favorable, Safe and reliable method with both advantages of conservative treatment and operative treatment. It is suitable for vartious davicular fractures reducted with the manlipulation.
