31例输卵管再通术分析

摘　　要：作者报道了1980年至1988年底,在直视术下,用马尾作内支架行输卵管对端吻合术、造口术31例,早期再通率100％。长期随访25例,妊娠19例,妊娠率61.3％,无一例宫外妊娠。结果表明:复育与再通距绝育时间没有相关性,而与绝育术、再通术的方法密切相关。From 1980 to 1988, 31 cases of the end to end anastomosis of fallopian tubes and the salpingostomy had been carried out, using the horse-tail filament as the intratubal splint. The rate of thep postoperative early tubal patency accunted for 100％. Among the 25 cases of follow-up, 19 got pregnant, the rate(19/31)was 61.3％, and there was no ectopic pregnancy. It indicates that the tuboreversal successful outcome was not relevant to the duration of the sterilization, but they were closely related to the type of sterilization performed and the modernization of the operative technique in infertility surgery.
