眼前房灌注液(BSS)的对比实验研究

摘　　要：作者用生理盐水和眼内灌注液(Balanced Salt Solation简称BSS)对比,分别行前房灌注,通过对兔眼术后一般反应,如眼部充血、角膜水肿、前房渗出多少以及瞳孔大小和角膜内皮细胞的光镜观察等,与生理盐水比较,BSS可减少术后反应,基本保持眼组织的形态结构和生理功能,BBS明显优于生理盐水。临床应用效果良好。The anteriof chambers of 5 rabbits were irrigated by BSS and N.S respectively. The common postoperative ocular reactions were observed including hyperemia, swelling of cornea, exudates in anterior chamber, pupil size and changes of corneal endothelial cells which were determlined under the light microscope. The authours found that in comparison with N.S, BSS markedly reduced the postoperative reactions and the structure of the ocular tissue and physiologic function were well preserved. The result showed that BSS has more advantags than N.S.
