摘　　要：俄日两国互为重要邻国。经济互补性强 ,但两国经贸合作发展之缓慢和水平之低与此极不相称。俄日之间存在领土纠纷是影响两国经贸合作发展的重要原因 ,但不是全部。其中 ,俄罗斯的战略重点在其欧洲部分 ,欧洲是世界的战略重点 ,俄重视与欧盟和美国的外交关系 ,俄主要与日本发展经贸合作的东部地区经济落后。近几年俄经济衰退 ,也是影响俄日经贸合作发展的重要原因。目前 ,这些因素有的正在消失或减弱 ,有的有所加强。今后 ,俄日经贸合作在这些以及其他一些因素的共同作用下 ,其发展只能走慢车道。The existence of territorial dispute between Russia and Japan is an important reason affecting the development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries,but it is not the only reason.Russia's strategic priority is in its European part and Russia attaches greatimportance to itsrelations with EU and the United States.Russia's eastern part,which is Russia's main region developing economic and trade cooperation with Japan,has experienced economic recession and this is also an important reason affecting economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.It is expected that affected by these and other factors, economic and trade cooperation between Russia and Japan will continue to develop slowly.
