九制大黄蒽醌衍生物对动物高血脂及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨九制大黄蒽醌衍生物对动物高血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法 :测定实验性高血脂大白鼠血液TC ,TG的作用和改善流变学的作用。结果 :九制大黄蒽醌衍生物有降低实验性高血脂大白鼠血液TC ,TG的作用和改善血液流变学的作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,在 1g/kg～ 4g/kg范围内 ,随着剂量增大。 结论Objective: To study the influence of authraquinones derivative of nine fold processed Radix et Rhizoma Rhei on hyperlipema and hemorheology of animals. Methods: The blood TC and TG of experimental hyperlipemia rats before and after they were given drug and its improvement on hemorheology of rats were determired. Results: Anthraquinone derivative of nine fold processed Radix et Rhizoma Rhei could decrease levels of the blood TC and TG of experimental hyperlipemia rats and improve hemorheology of rats ( P <0.01). Conclusion: At the range of 1-4g/kg, its hyperlipemia-reducing and hemorheology-improving effects are strengthened with dose increase.
