摘　　要：TFS钢(Tin-Free-Steel)是电镀铬薄钢板(ECCS)的别称.国外使用TFS的历史已有30多年,日本和美国等国家的使用量已与马口铁的使用量相当;但国内TFS的生产是从本公司2000年通过对一条镀锡线改为镀铬线开始的.TFS生产工艺,结合了自身特点采用了“二步法”;“一步液”采用通常“一步法”的低质量浓度CrO3(<100g/L)电解液,“二步液”采用极低质量浓度SO4-2、F-(0.1～3.0 g/L)工艺.获得的TFS金属铬层(和铬水?)含氧化膜着量低(30～150 mg/m2),涂料附着力强、金属光泽好.探讨了TFS的工艺特点,介绍了生产质量控制要点.Electrolytic chromium-coated steel (ECCS)is conditionally referred to as Tin-free-Steel(TFS) . It has been in use for more than 30 years abroad, its consumption being comparable with that of the tinplate in Japan and in the United States. The production of TFS in China, however, was not started until a tin-plating line in this Company was turned into a chromium-coated one for producing TFS in the year of 2000. A 'two-step' process is used, which employs a plating bath ultra-low in SO4-2 and F (0.1 -3. 0 g/L), in contrast to the conventional 'one-step' process employing the conventionally low content of CrO3 (< 100 g/L). With a metallic luster and a high cohesion strength with the substrate, the chromium coating on the TFS steel produced by using this process contains only a thin chromium oxide film of 30 - 150 mg/m2 . The features of the process and the key points concerning the quality control with it are described as well.
