摘　　要：面向定制生产 (Customization Product,CP)模式的企业为实现产品的用户个性化 ,快速响应市场需求 ,实现基于模型驱动的动态企业优化设计、分析与应用是关键。本文介绍了动态企业建模 (Dynam ic Enterprise Modeling,DEM)的技术内涵及其基本组织结构 ,在分析企业过程重构 (Business Process Reengineering,BPR)实质的基础上 ,采用 ARIS技术 ,构筑了企业的动态过程模型 ,给出了以企业动态过程模型与构件为核心的 BPR的应用体系。研究与应用结果表明 ,该技术对于 CP企业有效地实施 BPR,实现灵活的企业配置系统 ,增加应用柔性 ,提高企业市场应变能力 ,具有一定的实用价值。The technique and the structure of dynamic enterprise modelling (DEM) were studied in this paper. Based on business process reengineering (BPR), applying the technique of ARIS(architecture of integrated information systems), the enterprise dynamic models were established. In addition, aBPR application system that regards the DEM and component technique as a core was developed. The result indicates that this technique is valuable to realizing BPR, improving the flexibility of the enterprise configuring system and application, enhancing the ability of adapting to the market.
