摘  要:测量了不同Y2O3稳定剂含量(摩尔分数分别为0.25%,0.50%和0.75%)对8Ce,Y—TZP陶瓷的室温至250℃内耗特征的影响.结果表明,Y2O3含量为0.25%时,晶体结构为单斜相,无内耗峰出现,内耗呈单调增加;而Y2O3含量为0.50%和0.75%时,晶体结构为四方相,在内耗-温度曲线上出现弛豫内耗峰,模量单调减小,峰值为10-3-10-2,峰位随测试频率增加向高温移动,弛豫时间符合Arrhenius关系,内耗峰的积分强度与稳定剂的含量(即Y3+离子的浓度)成正比,该内耗峰起源于Yz'Vo偶极子的再取向.The RT-250 ℃ internal frictions of Ce, Y-TZP ceramics with different contents of Y2O3 were measured. It was found that the monoclinic phase of 8Ce, 0.25Y-TZP does not show damping peak and internal friction increases with temperature, while the tetragonal phases of 8Ce, 0.50Y-TZP and 8Ce, 0.75Y-TZP demonstrates IF peaks with Q-1 of about 10-3-10-2 and Young's modulus decreases with temperature. No abrupt change of modulus was observed at the temperature correspondent to the damping peaks. IF peak shifts to higher temperature with the increase of measuring frequency (1 Hz, 5 Hz and 20 Hz). The relaxation time obeys an Arrhenius equation. The intensity of damping peaks is proportional to the content of Y2O3, i.e., concentration of yttrium ions. RT-250℃ damping peaks are related to the reorientation of Yzr'Vo anisotropic complexes formed by oxygen vacancies and yttrium ions.
