摘　　要：目的评价头孢匹胺治疗细菌性感染的安全性和有效性。方法采用开放试验。按照1g/次,每日二次,如病情严重可3g/日,每日二次的方法给药。结果头孢匹胺治疗64例细菌性感染患者总痊愈率为46.9%;总有效率为82.8%,不良反应发生率为4.62%。结论头孢匹胺对临床敏感菌引起的感染安全有效,特别对铜绿假单胞菌感染有良好的临床疗效,不良反应少。Objecive To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of cefpiramide in the treatment of moderate to severe bacterial infection. Methods An open label clinical trial was conducted for the treatment of hospitalized patients with low respiratory tract,urinary tract and soft tissue infections. The dosage was lg twice daily or 3g twice daily for severe bacterial infection.The duration of treatment was 7～ 14 days. Results Results showed the cure rate 46.9% ,the efficacy rate were 82.8% ,where the bacterial efficacy rate of P.aeruginosa was 80.0% ,the bacterial clearance rate was 80.4% .The rate of adverse reaction was 4.62% . Conclusion The result showed that cefpiramide was safe and effective.
