截瘫病人多汗症病因及治疗的探讨

摘　　要：截瘫病人发生多汗症较为常见,病因不清。1980年以来,我们对住院及家庭病床26例完全截瘫患者的多汗症,采用多种方法治疗,对病因及治疗方法进行了探讨。结果发现这些病人的多汗症均有明显的诱因,当诱因解除后,多汗证便随之缓解或消失。积极寻找并及时解除诱因是治疗截瘫后多汗症行之有效的方法。讨论了截瘫后发生多汗的机理。Hyperhidrosis is common in the patients with paraplegia and causes of disease is unknowing yet.Up to now,effective therapy on the patients has not been found.In the present study,observation was performed for 34 patients with complete paraplegia in our hospital.Among them,26 patients were complicated with hyperhidrosis.The results re- vealed that hyperhidrosis in this kind of patients are caused by some obvious predisposing causes,and as the predisposing causes were removed the hyperhidrosis disappeares or re- laxes.It is suggested that finding the predisposing causes and removing them immidiately is effectiveness way to treat hyperhidrosis in the patients with paraplegia.The pathogen of hyperhidrosis afeter paraplegia was discussed.
