复肝方治疗抗痨药物引起肝损害疗效观察

摘　　要：本文将住院病人中抗结核药物引起肝损害的病例,随机分为中药组(30例)和西药对照组(20例)。两组病情及所用化疗方案大致相同。结果复肝方组疗效较对照组好,两组疗效对比经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05),复肝方中药治疗组肝功能恢复时间比对照组提前27.6天,(P<0.01)。Fifty in patients with liver damage caused by antituberculotic drugs were randomly divdied into Fuganfang (decoction) group (30 cases) and western drugs group (20 cases.The patients conditions and chemotherapeutic regimen of two groups were the same on the whole.The findings indicate that the theraprutic effects of Fuganfang group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Recovery period of liver functions in Fuganfang group (37.6 days) was earlier than that in control group (62.5 days) .The difference was also singificant (P<0.01).
