兔中心纤维体的组化观察

摘　　要：本文用组化的方法观察了10例杂种成兔中心纤维体内的三种酶活性,结果显示:琥珀酸脱氢酶阴性,碱性磷酸酶中度阳性,酸性磷酸酶阴性。并将其与心肌细胞的反应结果作了对比。By using histochemical methods, we observed the activities of three kinds of enzyme in the central fibrous body of rabbits.The results were as follow: Alkaline phosphatase was low level activity, succino-dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase were negative, and these findings were compared with reaction of myocardial cells.
