大白鼠大脑皮质向脊髓腰6骶1节段的纤维投射

摘　　要：用辣根过氧化物酶逆行传送法,在20只成年大白鼠的脊髓腰6和骶1节段注射5％WGA—HRP(Sigma)生理盐水溶液。另选5只大鼠,将HRP注入骶2以下脊髓,以作对照。然后在大脑皮层观察逆行标记细胞,标记细胞出现在1、3、4和18区,皮质神经元以向对侧脊髓投射为主,同侧投射较少。从这几个皮质区发出的投射纤维,是皮质和脊髓腰骶段直接联系的传导束,并对其功能意义进行了讨论。The retrograde transport of the wheat germ agglutinin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (WGA—HRP) was utilized to investigated the projection of the corticospinal neurons to the lumbar 6 and sacral 1 segments of the spinal cord, after WGA—HRP 5% was injected into the lumbar 6 and sacral 1 segments of the spinal cord of 20 adult rats. In addition, WGA-HRP was injected into the segments below the sacral 2 as contrast.The labelled cells were found in the areas 1, 3, 4, 18 of the cortex on the side contralateral to the injection site, only a few labelled neurons on the side ipsilateral to the injection site.These projections are direct connections from the cortex to lumosacral spinal cord. Results are discussed with reference to the possible roles for the cortex in the modulation of the pelvic viseral aclion.
