河南省大学生血清和头发中铜锌含量的测定

摘　　要：本文报道了采用原子吸收分光光度法对261名河南省大学新生血清和头发中铜、锌含量的测定结果。其中,血清铜含量和铜/锌比值女性高于男性(P<0.05),血清锌及头发中铜和锌含量均无显著性别差异。根据测定结果作者还提出了本地区青年组人群血清和头发中铜、锌水平与铜/锌比值的正常参考值。The copper and zinc contents of serum and hair samples of 261 new college students in Henen province were measured with atomic absorption spectroscopy.The copper cotents and the proportion of copper to zinc in serum of the female students were signifcantly higher than of male ones (P<0.05), but the differences in zinc contents of serum and in copoer and zinc contents of hair between the male and the female were not statistically sigificant.The authors also but forward the reference normal values of copper and zinc levels and the Cu/Zn ratio of serum and hair of the young people according to the measurement results.
