新型套索冠醚-金属离子络合性能的紫外光谱法与质谱法研究

摘　　要：本文合成了3种套索冠醚4、5和6 ,分别测定了它们与Hg2 +、Pb2 +、Zn2 +、Cd2 +、Ni2 +、Co2 +、Cu2 +、Ag+、Tb3 +和Eu3 +所形成的络合物的紫外吸收光谱 ,用电喷雾液相色谱 -质谱联用仪分别表征了它们与Tb3 +形成的络合物 ,结果显示它们对上述金属离子有很好的络合性。Three newlariat crown ethers,1,10-bis(4-methyl-2-pyridylazo-2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl-6- methylene)-1,10-diaza-18-crown-6(4),1,10-bis(4-methyl-2-pyridylazo-2-hydroxy-5-phenylphenyl-6- methylene)-1,10-diaza-18-crown-6(5),and1,10-bis(4-dimethyl- aminophenylazo-2-methylene)-1,10-diaza-18-crown-6(6),were synthesized.The UV spectra of their complexes with metal ions Hg^(2+) ,Pd^(2+) ,Zn^(2+) ,Cd^(2+) ,Ni^(2+) ,Co^(2+) ,Cu^(2+) ,Ag^(2+) ,Tb 3+ and Eu 3+ were measured.Their complexes with Tb 3+ were characterized by the electro-spray HPLC-MS.The results showed that these lariat crown ethers po- ssess high complexation capability with these metal ions.
