摘 要:采用电动多通道切换分析系统 ,完成了水中铜的在线显色、溶剂萃取和光度测定 ,并证明了其应用的可行性 ;通过流路中切换器件的组合和控制软件的编写 ,该流动分析系统具有简便、灵活、多功能和易控制等特点 ;本分析系统由1台电渗泵和4个电磁切换阀组成 ;电渗泵是一种无脉动的液流驱动装置 ,易于计算机控制 ,更适用于多通道切换分析系统 ;本文还对有机泵载流及其添加剂进行了探讨 ;以水中铜的测定为例 ,方法的检出限为0.03mg/L ,回收率在92 %~96%范围 ,测样频率20样/h。An electrokinetic multicommutation analytical system was developed for the determination of metallic ions inwatersamples,includingon-line colorreaction,solventextractionand spectrometric deterˉmination.Its application feasibility has been verified.Through setting up its commutators and compiling its control programs,the flowsystem revealed its advantages of simplicity,flexibility,versatility and conˉtrollability.The system consisted of one electroosmotic pump and four solenoid valves.The electroosmotic pump was found to be favorably compatible with the multicommutation flow system owing to its non-pulsed flowrate and computer controllability.The organic pump carrier and its additives were also investiˉgated in this paper.As an example,copper in water has been determined.Its detection limit is0.03mg/L(K=3,n=11),and its recoveries are in the range of92%~96%.The sampling frequency can be as high as20samples per hour.
