摘　　要：　介绍了E+H公司非接触式单探头超声波物位检测仪在攀钢RH-MFB真空处理装置铁合金料仓中的应用,阐述了检测仪的原理、功能特点及其安装要求。实践证明该检测仪具有安装简便、维护量少、故障率低、精度高(其分辨率在±5mm内)、标定简单、安全可靠等优点,具有推广价值。This paper presents a noncontact single head supersonic level measurement detector supplied by the E+H Company.The detector is used in a ferroalloy material storehouse to meet the needs for the RH-MFB vacuum treatment device.The paper also gives an account of the principle of the detector,functional features and installation requirement.Practice has proved that the detector has many strong points such as easy installation,low rate of faults,high accuracy,resolution radio in ±5mm,simple calibration,safety and reliability and so on.It is worth while popularizing.
