高效液相色谱法测定头孢克洛颗粒剂的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定头孢克洛颗粒剂的含量。方法：以uBondpakC18钢柱(150mm×4．6mm)为分析柱，流动相：水：甲醇：3．86％醋酸钠：4％醋酸=1564：400：30：6，检测波长254nm，进样量20μl。结果：头孢克洛在20．0～200．0mg／L呈良好的线性关系，各项指标均符合方法学要求。结论：HPLC具有简便、快速、精密、准确，结果与微生物效价法比较无显著差异。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of content o f cefaclor granules. Methods: Stationary phase was uBondpack C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm); mobile phase was water: methanod: 3.86% solium acetic acid: 4% acetic acid = 1564: 400: 30: 6; Uv detection wavelength was 254 nm.The detection was 2 0 ìl?Results: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 20~200.0 mg/ L. The data all meet the needs of methodology. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. There is not notable difference from the microoganism effic acity.
