城市化发展驱动因素的实证研究——南京市与同类城市比较分析

摘　　要：本研究通过虚拟变量的设置和各城市化发展驱动因素的研究,建立起多元线性回归模型。把南京市与同类城市城市化发展的驱动因素进行比较分析。本文通过实证研究的形式,采用比较分析的方法,研究了南京市在城市化发展中的相对速度以及城市化发展中资源利用的效率。并根据所得结论提出了相应的政策建议。The research establishes a liner multi-factor model , on the consideration of dumb variables and driven factors , to compare the driven factors of urbanization between Nanjing and the other equivalent cities . On the base of empirical research , the paper ,by comparison , focuses on the relative speed of the urbanization ,and the relative efficiency in utilizing the resource in Nanjing . The paper puts forward some policy suggestions according to the conclusions reached.
