摘　　要：研制了一种高集成度的ISM波段微型射频发射器 ,此发射器内部结构简单 ,发射功率高 ,功耗低 ,接口简单 ,易于使用 ,它能直接与各种单片机相连接 ,组成无线测控系统。对其工作原理和工作方式进行了分析 ,并对与之相匹配的天线设计进行了介绍 ,最后给出了它与PIC系列单片机的接口示例。The design and development of a miniature,highly integrated,ISM band RF transmitter are presented.This transmitter features a simple structure,high output power,low current consumption and a simple interface.It can be connected with any kind of microcontrollers directly to build wireless measurement and control systems quickly and easily.The working principles and functional modes of the transmitter are described.The output matching and small loop antenna design are also stated.At last,an example is explored to show how this RF transmitter works with a PIC microcontroller.
