藻酸双酯钠治疗儿童原发性肾病综合征31例

摘　　要：应用藻酸双酯钠(PSS)治疗31例原发性肾病综合征(PNS)患儿(男19例,女12例;年龄6.3±S2.0a),剂量1-2mg/(kg·d)。另10例患儿用泼尼松2mg/(kg·d)治疗作为对照。治疗3mo临床均有效。PSS组出现血液流变学指标改善及胆固醇、甘油三酯和载脂蛋白B_(100)水平显著下降。提示PSS治疗儿童PNS有效。31 children (M 19,F 12; age 6.3+s 2.0 a) with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) were treated with polysaccharide sulfate(PSS) 1-2 mg/(kg.d). The other 10 children received prednisone 2 mg/(kg.d) to serve as controls. Both drugs were effective after 3 mo of the treatment. The indices of blood rheology were improved significantly and the serum levels of cholesterol, triglycerides and apoprotein B100 decreased in PSS group. It is suggested that PSS is effective for the treatment of PNS in children.
