夏枯草胶囊对溃汤性结肠炎大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察夏枯草胶囊对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 :采用异种异体结肠粘膜组织致敏法。将SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组 ,模型对照组 ,夏枯草胶囊高、中、低剂量组 ,柳氮磺胺吡啶组。连续给药 4周。空白对照组和模型对照组灌胃给予 0 85 %氯化钠溶液 10ml/kg ;末次给药后 2 4h ,大鼠眼眶采血 ,测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 ;处死大鼠 ,计数全结肠溃疡点和充血点 ;称结肠湿重 ;计算肠重指数。结果 :夏枯草胶囊 3个剂量组大鼠 :能显著降低或减少溃疡数和充血指数 (P <0 .0 1) ;结肠重量和肠重指数有所增加 ,其中高剂量组与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;均能上调T淋巴细胞亚群值 ,以高剂量组显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :夏枯草胶囊可能是通过调节外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的作用 ,显示其清热解毒散结 ,调节免疫的作用 ,这可能是治疗UC的作用机制之一。Objective: To study the influence of selfheal (Xiakucao) capsule(SC) on the subsets of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of rats with ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods: UC model was caused allergic with heterogeneity and variant mucous membrane tissues. Rats were divided at random into blank control group, model control group, group with high dosage of SC, group with middle dosage, group with low dosage, and SASP group. Treatment was offered for 4 weeks in succession. Equivalent volume of saline was given to the rats in blank control group and model control group. Twenty four hours after the last time of treatment, blood was collected from the eyes sockets of the rats to measure the subsets of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood. The rats were killed to count the cankerous and congestive points in their whole colons Wet weights of the colons were weighed and the weight index of the colons was calculated.Results: 1.Compared with the model group, high, middle and low dosage of SC could reduce or depress the numbers of ulcer and the congestion index notably (P<0.01); 2. The wet weights and the weight index of the colons of the rats in the three SC groups increased. Compared with the model control group, the increase in the group of high dosage was remarkable(P<0.01).3.The three SC groups could raise the value of the subsets of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood and the effect of the high dosage was remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusion: SC exerts its function of detoxification, removing heat and regulating immunity likely by regulating the action of the subsets of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood, which may be one of its mechanisms in treating UC.
