健脾消痞浸膏对脾虚动物胃功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察健脾消痞浸膏对脾虚动物胃功能的影响。方法 :用大黄水煎剂造脾虚动物模型 ,以比色法测定液体的胃排空 ,胃残留物重量测定固体的胃排空 ,放射免疫法测定血浆胃动素 (MTL) ,用滴定法了解胃分泌功能。结果 :健脾消痞浸膏组胃内液体残留率显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;中、高剂量组胃内固体残留率降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1) ;中、高剂量组血浆MTL、总酸度、总酸排出量升高 (P <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1) ;高剂量组胃液量显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :健脾消痞浸膏促进脾虚动物胃排空液体及固体 ,提高血浆MTL ,促进胃液分泌。Objective: To observe the effect of Jianpi Xiaopi electuary(JXE) on stomach function of animals with spleen deficiency. Methods: Animal model of spleen deficiency was induced by Daihuang decoction. Gastric function of emptying liquid was assayed by chromometry and that of emptying solid was observed by weighing remains in mouse stomach. Motilin in plasma was measured by radioimmunoassay. The stomach secretion function was assayed by titration. Results: The rate of residual liquid in the stomach was significantly lower in the group of JPE(P<0.01). In the groups of middle and high dosage JXE, the rate of residual solid in the stomach decreased (P<0.05,<0.01), motilin in plasma, the total acidity and the output of total acid increased (P<0.05,<0.01). The amount of gastric juice increased significantly in the group of high dosage JXE (P<0.01). Conclusion: JXE could improve gastric function of emptying liquid and solid, increase motilin in plasma and stimulate gastric secretion of animals with spleen deficiency.
