万拉法新与丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症对照研究

摘　　要：目的　评价万拉法新的抗抑郁疗效及副作用。方法　对 6 0例符合CCMD 3诊断标准的抑郁症患者 ,随机分组 ,分别用万拉法新和丙咪嗪治疗 6周 ,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD) ,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA) ,评定疗效 ,用副反应量表 (TESS)评定副反应。结果　万拉法新和丙咪嗪疗效相当 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,其显效率分别为 83.33%、76 .6 7% ,万拉法新对伴随的焦虑症状也有较好疗效。万拉法新不良反应较丙咪嗪少而轻微。结论　万拉法新抗抑郁疗效肯定 。Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of depression.Methods Sixty patients who met the CCMD-3 criteria of major depression were randomly divided into research (venlafaxine) group and control (imipramine) group for the treatment of 6 weeks.The efficacy was assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA),and the side effects were assessed by Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS).Results Efficacy of venlafaxine and imipramine were similar (P>0.05).The improvement rate was 83.33% and 76.67% respectively.Venlafaxine had effect on anxiety symptom with fewer side effects.Conclusion Venlafaxine is an effective and safe antidepressant.
