摘　　要：汉简《钱律》反映了汉代在盗铸钱上的“告诉”与连坐制度。通过与唐律相比较 ,发现唐律中关于私铸钱犯罪的有关规定显然是由汉律继承发展而来。The Qianlü of Han bamboo slips reflex two systems of accusation and punishment for being related or friendly with somebody who has been convicted of an offense in pirated coinage of Han dynasty. Compared with the statutes and regulations of Tang dynasty, the related regulations of banning nongovernmental coinage crime are obviously evolved from the statutes and regulations of Han dynasty.
